At Sarah Whyte Studio, each piece is made to order and fulfilled through trusted third-party partners such as Lumaprints, Printify, and others. Production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the item and your location.

Estimated Timeframes:

  • Production Time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping Time (North America): 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (may vary by country)

Please note: These are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary depending on fulfillment partner workload, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on your location, the product type, and quantity.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with the fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
